A God Helmet Session
(Two phases)
Phase 1 – “Chirp” signal over the left side
Phase 2 – Hippocampus signal over both sides
This session, like all “God Helmet Technology” sessions, stimulates the temporal lobe with two signals, presented one after the other.
In the first phase, the ‘chirp’ signal is applied to the left temporal lobe, and in the second phase the signal taken from the hippocampus is applied to both temporal lobes.
The ‘chirp’ signal is used to activate the left temporal lobe, which will tend to deactivate the right temporal lobe, including the hippocampus on the right, with its pleasant non-verbal, cognitive functions. In the second phase, the hippocampus signal is applied to both sides, re-establishing the usual balance between the left and right hippocampus. The right hippocampus should burst suddenly into activity, eliciting the pleasant, non-verbal cognitive phenomena which rely on the hippocampus on the right.
The second phase of the session is where the intended effects should appear.
These include (but are not limited to), inner silence, deep calm, inner images, and possibly a sense of spaciousness.
If you feel anger or irritability during the first phase of the session, use the ‘abort’ button to move on to the second phase of the session. These are expected possible effects, but they do not mean that anything is wrong. It only means your left temporal lobe may be more active than usual, and you can compensate by moving on to the second phase early. Wait until you feel these feelings clearly, but don’t take it as an endurance contest.
If you experience anxiety or fear during or after the second phase of this session, do not use it again. This will suggest that the right hippocampus is unusually connected to the amygdala on the right, a structure specialized for fear and anxiety.
Although the two signals have been used with The Shakti System, their combination in Shiva neural technology is new, and should be considered experimental. If you are not comfortable with experimental sessions, do not use this one.
Don’t begin with this session if you’re prone to anxiety.
