The session schedule for God Helmet sessions is one session a week, for six weeks, followed by a 21-day break. Some people may ignore the schedule, and over-expose their temporal lobes.

Too many sessions working with the temporal lobes can create a state of lethargy and listlessness or mental fogginess if temporal lobe activity exceeds frontal lobe activity.  This can happen if you ignore the session schedule.  There is a schedule reminder in the software that will tell you how long it’s been since your last session.

This session is a 20-minute session that applies the hippocampus and amygdala signals, one after the other. It is suggested for use with two or four coils only.

Stimulating the frontal lobes can undo the effects of too much temporal lobe activity. If you make the mistake of forgetting or ignoring the schedule for sessions, the session on this page may help to undo any negative effects that may have appeared.

Set up the coils so that they have opposite polarities, and apply them with one coil over each eye. Unlike God Helmet technology, this session treats both sides of the brain the same, making it possible to stop effects which arise from too much stimulation of the temporal lobes, or from over-activation of only one side of the brain.

You only need to use one of the four USB sound devices that came with your Shiva System, one of your stereo extension cords, and two coils. The session is 20 minutes, and can be run twice, if necessary. We don’t suggest that you run it three times.
